CHOCOLAT DELESPAUL-HAVEZ

What an amusing scene, these little children enjoying chocolate, and not spilling a drop. This model, with blue border, is more recent but also more rare than the one with white border. It was an anonymous worker of the E.A.S. who redraw the figures in comic style while preserving the general setting. The third little boy from the right is a famous figure. Millions of copies were reproduced on the “Caram’Bar”, another Delespaul-Havez production. The Delespaul-Havez chocolate factory was founded in 1848 in Lille (North of France) by Henri Victor Delespaul. A lovely advertising sign with a scene never dull to look at.
