This one however is the more exclusive thermometer sign that has become a much more difficult find these days. The VQR thermometer signs were only produced in France by the Emaillerie Alsacienne Strasbourg, and in Germany by Ferro Email. Both with small differences … just compare Rabier’s signatures if you ever get the chance.
